INGREDIENTS AND METHOD:
1 White Onion – Sliced into thin strips
1/2 Cup of Dried Cranberries
1 Tbsp. of honey
1 Brie Disk
1 Brie Baking Dish
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Saute the onions in a frying pan with some olive oil. Allow them to caramelize, this will take about 15 minutes.. Be patient the wait is worth the flavour
3. Add the cranberries to the mix with the honey and allow the cranberries to heat through (they will begin to glisten when you know it’s ready)
4. Place the Brie Brick into the baking dish and poke holes into it with the tip of a knife. Add the sauteed onions and cranberries right ontop. Cover with the lid and place into the oven for a further 10 minutes.
5. Remove and Enjoy!
